When you book a conversation

The booking button takes you to Cal.com, a separate scheduling service. When you submit a booking, Cal.com sends us the details needed to arrange it. This can include your name, email address, selected time and time zone, and any answers or notes you choose to provide.

We use those details to schedule and manage the conversation and, where relevant, follow up about it. Please don’t include sensitive personal information in booking answers or notes.

For attendee details submitted through our booking link, Cal.com says it processes the information on behalf of the person or organization hosting the booking. Cal.com also processes technical data under its own privacy policy. Data may be processed in the United States and other locations described by Cal.com. Read Cal.com’s privacy policy.

Our basis for using booking details is handling your request to arrange a conversation, including steps you ask us to take before a possible agreement, and our legitimate interest in organizing and following up on that conversation.

When you visit this website

We use Plausible Analytics (hosted in Germany) to count visits and see which pages and sections people read, how far they scroll, and which buttons and links they click, including links that leave the site. Plausible does not use cookies and does not track you across sites. It uses your IP address and browser details briefly to count unique visitors, then discards them. We never see them, and nothing is stored against you. The numbers we see are aggregated. Read Plausible’s data policy.

Our basis for this is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used so we can improve it.

We don’t run advertising trackers or contact forms on this site. If you choose a language, the site stores that preference in your browser so it can remember your choice. It is stored locally and is not used to identify you.

Like most websites, the hosting infrastructure may process technical request information, such as your IP address, browser details, and the page requested, to deliver and protect the site.

How long we keep booking details

We keep the details we receive for as long as needed to arrange the conversation and handle reasonable follow-up. We then delete them unless we need to keep specific information to meet a legal obligation or establish or defend a legal claim. Cal.com’s own retention practices are described in its privacy policy.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, or to restrict or object to how we use it. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent. Contact contact@triclaro.app and tell us what you’re asking for. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. In the Netherlands, that is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

For information held by Cal.com or requests about its own processing, you can also contact Cal.com using the details in its privacy policy.

Cookies and automated decisions

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. We don’t use your booking details to make automated decisions about you or to build a profile about you.

If our data practices change, we’ll update this page and its date. If something is unclear, email us at contact@triclaro.app.
